I am Sarah Jane and I offer a range of holistic and complementary therapies, including reflexology, massage, crystal reiki and kundalini yoga.

These treatments address all aspects of your wellbeing... from physical symptoms such a pain to emotional and spiritual aspects. You will leave feeling revitalised!

My aim to provide deeper relaxation treatments and energy healing work. The space is tranquil, light, airy and peaceful. Float away as you enjoy a restorative and healing therapy. I use a heated blanket on the massage couch to ensure that you are treated to the ultimate comfort throughout your treatment. This helps to ease the muscles and you can drift into deep relaxation. I am also now a consultant for Neals Yard Organic Products.
