I have been practising Kundalini Yoga for around 14 years. I discovered Kundalini within a challenging period of my life and over the years it has enabled me to overcome negative aspects of my life and overcome many challenges both big and small.
I knew I had to share and teach this discipline of yoga…In 2021 I began my training with Maya Fiennes founder of Kundalini Yoga for Real Life.
Kundalini Yoga uses a combination of movement; breathwork and mantra to energise, strengthen and enable active meditation.

Payment is required on booking classes or workshops. Payments are non-refundable due to small class size.
KUNDALINI differs from some other forms of yoga and it also has some similarities! I have struggled to enjoy other forms of yoga, but Kundalini really struck a chord with me. It involves repetitive movements that tone the body, builds endurance and strengthens the mind.
Mantras are used to stimulate the reflex points in various parts of the body as well as the glands within the endocrine system. In doing so the body is encouraged to regulate and produce many hormones that make you feel amazing and in control. Once you relearn how to tap into this you can access the natural medicine that we all have within us.
The healing qualities that Kundalini can bring to your life are tremendous whether they be addressing physical or emotional wounds. I talk passionately about these amazing benefits from my own personal experience from my own personal practice.
Kundalini yoga also has fantastic meditative benefits. Many of the sequences of movements, mudras and mantras along with specific breath work; help to eradicate any chatter in the mind and creates peace and calm. It is very powerful and very accessible.
Kundalini yoga enables you to go within and find the real “You” amongst all of life’s everyday distractions.
Kundalini yoga is available to all ages and abilities. I can adapt and offer modifications to the sequences, you go at your own pace and create your own journey. This is not about being super flexible or the fastest…it is about doing something that helps you to become the best version of yourself. I would be delighted to welcome you to my studio. I can accommodate up to 6 students per class, so it will always be a personal experience in which you can express your self in your practice and enjoy the restoring benefits of Kundalini.
